This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
So yeah a cliché title for this thing I'm doing here. I decided that all the art that's up here are pretty old and do not really represent me, my style what ever that may become. Because I have been, as before, been in a phase where I don't really advance in the art of drawing, on paper as well as digitally.
Not too long ago I started drawing again and, as always, found the joy of it again. Now the last couple of weeks I've been pretty busy with school (an exciting game design project) and I haven't really had/made the time to do some good ol' drawing.
As part of this new recurring "phase" I decided to get rid of the old crap that's on here and start with a clean slate. Like a Spring cleaning or something. One of the other things I'd like to do is get myself a new tablet. This old cheapy Wacom Volito2 has seen better days with it's busted chassy and only 60-100% pressure range. One of the things at the 'office' is that we have some sweet Intuos3's laying about. They just feel really nice and such a step up from my 25 dollar piece of, semi-loved, shit. Well that's should be case seeing that it's like 10 times as expensive. Even though it's not that much, I've seen the A5 version(which is the one at the office I think) for like $220, that's a darn bargain as I thought it was 400. So yeah I'm thinking of getting one of those.
Like so many I will also try to do at least a drawing a day, but now that I think of it isn't that just wrong? Aren't you supposed to do that to maintain a certain level? I want to improve here so drawing the same shit, making the same mistakes over and over shouldn't be helping... So maybe I'll focus more on improving certain things that make me want to punch babies then to poop at stuff that isn't really worth looking at.
